Dashboard & Metrics

The analytics dashboard shows key metrics at the app and campaign level. Track MRR, active users, conversion rates, churn, and per-campaign funnel breakdowns.

KPI cards

The dashboard home page displays five headline metrics as KPI cards. Each card shows the current value for the selected date range.

KPIDefinition
MRRMonthly recurring revenue from active subscriptions (latest value in the period)
RevenueTotal revenue collected during the period
Active UsersAverage daily active users over the selected range
Conversion RateFlow conversions divided by flow impressions
Churn RateChurned subscriptions divided by total subscriptions (churned + renewed)

All currency values are displayed in your app's configured currency. Conversion rate and churn rate are shown as percentages.

Date range filtering

Use the date range selector at the top of the dashboard to control the time window. Available presets:

  • 7 days -- Last week
  • 30 days -- Last month (default)
  • 90 days -- Last quarter

All KPI cards and charts update to reflect the selected range.

Charts

Below the KPI cards, the dashboard renders four time-series charts:

MRR chart

An area chart showing monthly recurring revenue over time. Use this to spot growth trends or identify periods of contraction.

Users chart

A line chart showing daily active users. Compare against the 30-day or 90-day window to identify engagement trends.

Flow metrics chart

Tracks impressions and conversions for your flows over time. This chart helps you understand how effectively your paywalls and onboarding screens convert.

Churn chart

Shows subscription churn over time by comparing churned subscriptions against renewed subscriptions.

Tip: If a chart has no data for the selected period, it displays placeholder values so you can still see the time axis.

Scoping: app vs. organization

The dashboard supports two scoping modes:

  • App-scoped -- Metrics for a single app. Navigate to an app's detail page to see this view.
  • Organization-scoped -- Aggregate metrics across all apps in your organization. Use the "All Apps" view on the dashboard home.

Both modes query the same underlying metrics and support the same date range filters.

Campaign metrics

Each campaign has its own metrics view accessible from the campaign detail page. Campaign metrics include:

MetricDescription
ImpressionsNumber of times the campaign's flow was shown to users
ConversionsNumber of users who completed the campaign's goal
Conversion RateConversions divided by impressions

Campaign metrics are scoped to the campaign's flow and goal configuration.

Experiment metrics

For campaigns running A/B tests, the experiment view breaks down performance by variant:

  • Per-variant impressions and conversions -- See which variant drives more engagement
  • Holdout tracking -- Compare against a holdout group if configured
  • Variant association -- Each variant links to its assigned flow for quick navigation

Retention cohorts

The dashboard includes a retention cohort view that groups users by their first-seen week and tracks how many return in subsequent weeks. Use this to:

  • Measure long-term engagement after onboarding changes
  • Compare retention before and after campaign launches
  • Identify drop-off patterns by cohort

Cohort data is available with a configurable maximum number of weeks.

User event timeline

View the complete event history for an individual user from the user detail page. The timeline shows:

  • Event name and timestamp
  • Associated properties
  • Optional value and entity information

Use the timeline for debugging campaign triggers, verifying SDK integration, and investigating support tickets.
